The Experian Help Desk can be contacted at 1-866-578-5409. The Experian Help Desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
