What does it mean when the Hospice Health Flag is "N"?

When a beneficiary’s hospice Health Status Flag is "N", it indicates beneficiary is not in an active hospice status. However, the  beneficiary could have Hospice History where it indicates whether the beneficiary’s Hospice was terminated due to Revocation or No Revocation. Revocation code of “1” implies that at the end of the Hospice period, the beneficiary opted to leave Hospice care and revoke their election to hospice benefit. When the Hospice Status is terminated but the revocation is "0", the termination was due to hospice discharge and not by beneficiary revocation.
