The Marketplace Consumer Call Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Small Businesses and Agents and Brokers assisting Small Businesses:
Information about the SHOP for small businesses may be found at https://www.healthcare.gov/small-businesses/. Small business owners and agents and brokers assisting small businesses may also contact the SHOP call center at 1-800-706-7893 (TTY: 711). The hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
